We are pleased to inform you that we are conducting a Workshop on “Implementing RSPO Principles & Criteria in Plantations – A Practical Approach” on April 13-14th, 2010 at M.S.Garden Hotel Kuantan, Kuantan, Pahang. This two-day event has received endorsement from the RSPO Secretariat.

The Workshop will be opened by Tuan Haji Syed Mahdhar Bin Syed Hussain, Senior Vice President II, Sime Darby Plantation Sdn. Bhd. There will be a keynote presentation by Mr. S. Palaniappan, Executive Director / CEO of Felda Agricultural Services Sdn. Bhd. Other prominent speakers at this event are
Dr. Vengeta Rao, the Secretary-General of RSPO, and Mr. M.R. Chandran, Advisor to RSPO Board.

The training lectures will be delivered by experienced personnel who will elaborate on key elements of RSPO Principles and Criteria and offer pragmatic advice on implementing these in plantation towards achieving RSPO Certification.

We welcome your support in encouraging plantation executives from your organization to participate in the event.
